Visual Basic
Applications
Group Policy
Management Tool - Application developed to enable fast manipulation
of OU group policy links. Includes features such as copying and
pasting group policy links from one OU container to another. This
programs works on any domain. (20.0 KB)
Visitor Impact
Estimating Tool - Program developed with the ideas of Dr.
Michael Little, Pete Glass, and the mathematics of Dr. Judy
Silver. This application is designed to teach individuals about
the impact visitors have on the environment and about equations and
graphs. The user is then able to construct his/her own virtual
trail system using the guidelines presented. I am responsible for
all coding, development of line equations, and the production of all
graphics with the exception of the three data sets and the main trail
image that was developed by Robert Rowe. (32.0
MB)
DNA Model -
Program developed using the ideas of Dr. Michael Little to simulate the
process of making a DNA fingerprint using electrophoresis. I am
responsible for all coding of the program.
(30.6 MB)
Update AD
User Profile - Simple tool that allows a domain logged-on user to
update his/her personal profile information without having the windows
adminpak installed. This tool only works for domains that leave
users in the default domain users container! (12.0 KB)
ImageAnalyzer -
Imaging application that allows basic photo editing in addition to
allowing individuals to analyze imagery to determine the coverage
percentages in a given area. I am responsible for the development
and coding of the application. (4.68 MB)
MeasureItRight -
Application used to measure objects in an imaged based upon a known
length. I am responsible for all the code and development of the
application. (5.63 MB)
DEM2GridBatch
- Application that will batch convert a directory of DEM files to
elevation grid, hillshade, slope, and contour files (ArcGIS 8 or better
and the Spatial Analysis extension for ArcGIS is required). (20.0 KB)
Degrees
- Simple application that allows for Latitude/Longitude coordinates to
be converted from degrees, minutes, seconds to decimal and vice
versa. Responsible for all code and development of the
application. (1.34 MB)
ComputerTalk - Program that uses Microsoft Agent characters to dictate
desired text. Responsible for all code and development of the
application. (18.0 MB)

Calculates the color code of a resistor and the resistance based
on the voltage and amperage entered by the user. Responsible for
all code and development of the application. (3.39 MB)
Pete's Get Image Links -
Program to assist users in the downloading of satellite imagery from the
USGS terraserver. I
am responsible for all of the coding involved in the program.
(1.35 MB)
